The Principal Experience Designer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Drive visual and interaction design for a suite of digital tools, ensuring alignment with design systems and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with development partners to translate design concepts into high-quality, customer-facing products.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Support rollout and refinement of design patterns to enhance usability, clarity, and consistency.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system.
  • Manage design deliverables across the full project lifecycle, from concept through final handoff.
  • Partner with creative leadership to deliver a unified, high-end user experience across platforms.
  • Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex product offerings for end users.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in visual and UX design, ideally for consumer-facing digital products.
  • Expert-level skills in visual design and usability.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant UI design, UX expertise, and high-quality execution (required at submission).
  • Proficiency in Figma and similar design tools, including experience working with design systems.
  • Proven experience delivering polished work under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience shaping product direction and advocating for design at leadership level.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
Preferred Qualifications for the Position Include:
  • Experience working on large-scale product initiatives or enterprise-level design environments.
  • Experience contributing to or evolving enterprise design systems.
  • Ability to balance business goals with user-centered design in complex product ecosystems.
Pay Rate: $90.73 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
