The Principal Experience Designer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Drive visual and interaction design for a suite of digital tools, ensuring alignment with design systems and brand standards.
Collaborate with development partners to translate design concepts into high-quality, customer-facing products.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
Support rollout and refinement of design patterns to enhance usability, clarity, and consistency.
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system.
Manage design deliverables across the full project lifecycle, from concept through final handoff.
Partner with creative leadership to deliver a unified, high-end user experience across platforms.
Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex product offerings for end users.

Pay Rate: $90.73 per hour
