The Closer will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with lender instructions, title requirements, company policies, and other written guidelines.
Balance, schedule, and compile closing documents, including lender and title packages.
Communicate effectively with lenders, internal teams, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Evaluate and resolve infrequent or atypical issues using established procedures and precedents.
Explain complex processes and interdependencies clearly across teams.
Ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of all assigned workflows.
Work independently with limited supervision while managing time and meeting deadlines.
Serve as a resource for less experienced team members without direct supervisory responsibilities.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Required qualifications for the position include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience managing real estate closing processes and documentation.
Strong understanding of lender instructions, title requirements, and closing procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under limited supervision.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Strong communication skills for explaining complex information across teams.
Experience supporting or guiding less experienced team members.
Pay Rate Range:$20.27 - $22.37 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
