ServiceNow Developer

Location: Washington, DC (Remote)

Duration: 5 months

Responsibilities:

Provide ServiceNow software development and administration support.
Hands-on configuration and development in ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Experience with form and field creation/updates, backend configuration, and App Engine Studio.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, update sets.

Proficient in:

SDLC practices.
Leading technical development teams.
Facilitation skills for discussions across groups.
Oral and written communication skills, including presenting to management.
Agile Methodologies.
Change Management and Configuration Management (e.g., VersionOne, ServiceNow).
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Problem/Risk Management.
MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ServiceNow application development in areas such as:
- ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
- SPM modules: Demand and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Integrations using REST APIs, data imports/exports, Transform Maps, Auth/JWT, MID Server, Integration Hub spokes, error handling/retries, and monitoring.
