Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Pigment, Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge is a plus but not required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of experience in finance, strategic planning, or related fields; SaaS/FP&A experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • Serve as the FPA subject matter expert on Pigment, maintaining the three financial statements and forecasting revenue and expenses.
  • Act as a liaison between FPA and MeltOne to support the transition from Google Sheets to Pigment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to drive automated Pigment-based reporting from Snowflake to produce the Monthly Reporting Pack for Thoma Bravo.
  • Lead monthly actuals-to-budget variance analysis and ensure data integrity across models and reporting packages, including pixel-level formatting.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join the Finance organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, you will drive financial reporting and budget owner transparency by owning all things Pigment, including the continued build and ongoing maintenance of the systems infrastructure.  In this capacity, you’ll gain invaluable experience in the world of private equity, how they operate, and set your career up for years to come.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate as the FP&A subject matter expert on Pigment, improving our existing infrastructure to efficiently forecast revenue and expense, and maintain the 3 financial statements.
  • Act as a liaison between FP&A and MeltOne, a 3rd party advisory firm helping accelerate our transition from Google Sheets to Pigment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to drive automated reporting out of Snowflake (leveraging Pigment data) to drive Monthly Reporting Pack (MRP) reporting for Thoma Bravo.
  • Lead data transfers between models and reporting packages on a monthly cadence, ensuring pixel-level formatting consistency and zero-error data integrity across all materials.
  • Drive monthly actuals-to-budget reporting, including Revenue and Expense variance analysis.
  • Support revenue forecast updates by maintaining key assumptions around revenue drivers (bookings, active locations, order volumes, churn) within Pigment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests from Budget owners. Support other ad-hoc requests covering: bonus attainment calcs, cash forecasting, headcount reconciliation, etc.
  • Assist in reconciling contracted ACV in Salesforce to recognized revenue in Pigment, flagging discrepancies and partnering with Business Analytics, RevOps, and Billing to resolve.
  • Partner with People Ops on a variety of merit and bonus related Budgeting matters, and all Budget owners in support of the FY27 Budget.
  • Work with FP&A team members to identify and implement best practices, driving toward better efficiency with our tools and simplification of cross-departmental processes.

  • What We’ll Expect From You
  • Highly proficient in Pigment, Google Workspace, Excel, Powerpoint. SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Highly proficient in financial analysis and model building.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including a demonstrated standard for formatting consistency, data accuracy, and presentation quality in materials seen by board of directors and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in finance, strategic planning, consulting, etc. SaaS and FP&A function experience are preferred. Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $77,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
