Degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education.
Degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in translating.
Equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in translating.
CAT tools experience (memoQ).

Requirements:

Translate content from English (US) to Dari (Afghan-Persian) with a focus on healthcare and patient education/information.
Deliver accurate, culturally appropriate translations within agreed timelines.
Work remotely as part of a freelance translator team.
Utilize memoQ CAT tool for translation memory, terminology management and consistency.

We are currently looking for freelance translators:

Language combinations:

English (US) into Dari (Afghan-Persian)

Specializations:

Healthcare
Patient Education/information

Specific knowledge ==> US market

Requirements
We must ensure we have reliable and experienced translators, then applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria (ISO 17100):

a) have obtained a degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
b) have obtained a degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in translating;
c) have the equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in translating.
