Tele Sales Representative

Location:Remote Canada
Reports to: Sales Manager
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales  Representative to manage existing customer relationships while actively driving new business growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships, managing reorders, and expanding product penetration within accounts.

Key Responsibilities

      Account Management & Relationship Building
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to drive repeat business, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term account growth.

      Order & Replenishment Management
Proactively manage customer reorders to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Support in new product listings with partner accounts.

      New Lead & Customer Acquisition
Prospect and convert new accounts by targeting retailers already active within the category.

      Upselling & Product Education
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and category trends to expand basket size and increase SKU penetration.

      Selling Promotions & Programs
Execute promotional offers and sales programs to drive increased velocity, volume, and customer engagement.

      Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Resolve order, pricing, and service-related issues quickly and professionally to protect relationships and retention.

Ideal Candidate Profile

      3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
      Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
      Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
      Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
      Proficiency in English is a must and French considered an asset.
