  • Align Business Technology and PMO Excellence: Bridge business process redesign with enabling technology to deliver scalable solutions; build or optimize PMO operating model, governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
  • Drive Portfolio Execution and Change Management: Manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives, ensure coordinated delivery, deliver measurable outcomes, and lead change management for adoption.

Title: Vice President, PMO – Enterprise Transformation

The Vice President, PMO at MASA will be the enterprise leader driving the successful delivery of critical business transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing and leading a high-performing PMO function capable of executing complex, cross-functional programs with discipline, speed, and measurable business impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Enterprise Transformation Programs: Own end-to-end delivery of workflow redesign initiatives (e.g., Lead-to-Order) aligned with strategic objectives.

·         Advise Executive Leadership: Partner with senior executives to shape transformation strategy, prioritize initiatives, and guide investment decisions.

·         Align Business & Technology: Bridge business process redesign with enabling technology to deliver scalable solutions.

·         Establish PMO Excellence: Build or optimize PMO operating model, governance, reporting, and delivery standards.

·         Drive Portfolio Execution: Manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives, ensuring coordinated delivery.

·         Ensure Business Impact: Deliver measurable outcomes (efficiency, conversion, cycle time improvements) and lead change management for adoption.

Qualifications

·         15+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation.

·         Proven success in large-scale process redesign (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash).

·         Experience building PMO functions with governance and portfolio management.

·         Strong executive presence and advisory capability.

·         Track record of aligning business and technology roadmaps.

·         Consulting or interim leadership experience with rapid impact delivery.

Success Criteria

·         PMO operating model defined, implemented, and adopted.

·         Transformation initiatives delivered on time with measurable impact.

·         Executive stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and risks.

·         Improved cross-functional alignment between business and technology.
