Job description

· Prepare staff before client interviews to ensure readiness and confidence 

· Lead onboarding and welcome processes for successful hires

· Conduct regular check-ins post-placement to monitor performance and wellbeing

· Be the first point of contact for staff concerns or questions 

· Roll out internal engagement initiatives and support programs 

· Collaborate with Client Managers to identify and resolve issues early

· Ensure Virtual Coworker values and expectations are upheld across all placements

· Track staff experience and satisfaction, escalating concerns where necessary

· Maintain strong communication and support across a high-volume staff portfolio of approximately 100 staff members (volume may vary)
