The Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions, including modules such as Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development. The role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand talent management processes and translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations aligned with best practices. Key responsibilities include configuring talent management workflows, performance templates, goal plans, talent review processes, and succession plans within Oracle Fusion HCM. The consultant supports system testing, data migration, integrations, and reporting while ensuring the solution supports organizational talent strategies and employee development initiatives. The role also involves troubleshooting functional issues, supporting enhancements, and providing guidance on system optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules, strong knowledge of HR talent management processes, and experience in configuration, testing, and implementation activities. Experience with OTBI reporting, data migration tools, and cross-module integrations within Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to successfully deliver talent management solutions in a cloud environment.
