Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:

  • Visit existing and prospective customers to assess needs and promote products, solutions, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and expand market share.
  • Identify and convert potential customers from competitors.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor and report on customer trends, product issues, and competitive activity.
  • Keep customer data updated in the CVM system and complete administrative tasks on time.
  • Stay informed about products, technologies, and market developments.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and company events.

Competencies

  • Experience in field sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer and market information.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage a geographic territory within budget.
  • Ability to travel regularly; driver’s license as required.
