Position Summary:
The Senior Professional Engagement Manager oversees and leads a team responsible for implementing and supporting strategies related to State Rural Health Transformation grants. This role focuses on strengthening brain health and care by advancing community‑based engagement efforts across diverse audiences. The Senior Manager will build and leverage state relationships to support and guide the execution of activities that promote scalable, community‑anchored approaches designed to expand access to brain health and dementia‑capable care and improve the care experience for individuals living with dementia and their families through the engagement of health and social‑service professionals. In partnership with state stakeholders, the Senior Manager supports the coordination of infrastructure and resources aligned with each state’s identified priorities, which may include:
- Workforce Development
- Community Resource Coordination and Navigation
- Brain Health Education and Risk Reduction
