Requirements:

  • Support the sales team on all customer-related B2B initiatives for the fleet, including all aspects of the fleet sales process (mapping, pricing, claim workflow, directive creation, issue resolution, onboarding).
  • Generate reporting and track client SLAs; monitor sales trends; formulate action plans for performance improvement; maintain timelines for the customer pipeline and related initiatives.
  • Plan and execute sales ramps aligned with the financial budget of Auto Glass Now centers; support new store openings by identifying fleet opportunities and driving sales activity; account setup within POS and store-level training for specific fleet partner requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Driven Brands corporate support partners (Billing, Analytics, Procurement) to maximize the fleet business; travel 10-20% as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: Inside of our consumer success, Driven Fleet is that fastest growing area of our business, and we are looking for GREAT people to continue driving sales growth to our participating fleet locations by working closely with our participating locations, sales and business development teams; specifically supporting our glass segment. (Auto Glass Now)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support of sales team on all customer-related B2B initiatives:

    • Supporting all aspects of the fleet sales process

      • Mapping, pricing, claim workflow, directive creation, issue resolution, on-boarding

    • Generate reporting tracking specific client SLA’s

      • Monitor sales trends

      • Formulate action plan for performance improvement

    • Maintain insight over timelines for customer pipeline and other team initiatives

    • Support of customer service issue resolution at center level

    • Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives

    • Plan and execute sales ramps that are aligned with the financial budget of Auto Glass Now centers

  • Responsible to strategically think of ways to grow, develop, and create sustainability of Auto Glass Now

    • Support new store openings by identifying fleet opportunities to drive sales activity and boost new store sales ramp

  • Account set up within POS system and store level training for specific fleet partner requirements

  • Direct liaison between fleet team and Auto Glass Now corporate staff

  • Ability to partner cross-functionally within Driven Brands with other corporate support partners like Billing, Analytics, Procurement etc. to maximize the fleet business

  • Travel 10-20%

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations

  • Auto glass background preferred

  • Firm grasp of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel

  • Project Management knowledge

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into timely, effective solutions

  • Goal oriented self-motivator

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Flexibility to pivot as business needs change

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandated

Compensation Range:

$72,700.00 - $129,800.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
