Job Title: Marketing Associate

Type: Full-time (remote)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month

About the role

We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Event Marketing & Paid Media Associate to drive attendance for our events and collect actionable marketing data. This role plays a critical part in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid media, social media, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid media campaigns to drive event attendance and lead generation.

  • Develop and optimize marketing assets, including ad copy, landing pages, and campaign flows.

  • Coordinate event marketing strategies, including retargeting campaigns and speaker communications.

  • Boost social posts to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Track and update campaign metrics to optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, or paid media campaigns.
