Our client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to provide direct support to the owner across executive administration, technical team coordination, and social media-related execution. This is a dynamic support role within a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift daily, offering meaningful growth potential for someone proactive, reliable, and eager to expand their scope over time.
Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM PST
The Executive Assistant will support the owner through a combination of executive assistance, technical team coordination, and administrative execution. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable shifting between priorities while maintaining clear communication and strong follow-through.
Organize and sort incoming emails from the owner’s inbox.
Manage the calendar, identify conflicts, and reschedule meetings as needed.
Book and set up meetings upon request.
Contact organizers to adjust meeting times when necessary.
Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.
Attend daily Scrum standups with the development team.
Take notes and distribute action items after each call.
Follow up with developers on open commitments and track delivery against stated timelines.
Track projects through Slack roadmap updates and ticket statuses.
Update roadmap items and tickets as needed, flagging blockers or delays.
Coordinate with Operations, developers, and QA for daily updates.
Support execution of social media and marketing-related tasks based on direction and assets provided by the marketing team.
Previous experience in administrative, executive support, or coordination roles is preferred.
Experience supporting multiple workflows or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment is valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to follow-through.
Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to changing daily needs.
Proactive and self-starting approach with minimal need for supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
