About the Role

An OmniStudio Developer- Salesforce is an exciting role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to implement Salesforce solutions to meet our customers’ strategic goals. Leveraging your deep functional expertise and hands-on experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. This will often involve you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.

What you’ll do

OmniStudio Development

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
  • Build and optimize solutions leveraging OmniStudio's declarative capabilities to reduce code complexity

Core Salesforce Development

  • Support the implementation of solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships that establish long term partnerships.
  • Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and influential leader, guiding customers through complex business transformations while mentoring team members in technical excellence and professional growth. 
  • Apply industry best practice to confidently configure enterprise-grade solutions.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.

Additionally, we’re looking for the following:

  • You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Salesforce for enterprise scale businesses.
  • You’ll have a range of experience and certifications across the Salesforce ecosystem – e.g. Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce industries (e.g. PSS)
  • You will have experience with presales and shaping projects.
  • You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in to train your customers or mentor junior team members.
