About Us:
We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK.
You’ll work closely with the operations team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and assist with queries and hiring needs at short notice, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
Maintain online candidate records.
Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
Provide general admin support to the recruitment team.
Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: R7,000 - R9,500 per month
40 days paid leave per year
Fully remote, work-from-home position
