Job description

About the Role:
Our UK cleaning company is expanding, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Assistant. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and keen to contribute to a fast-moving recruitment process. You’ll support the operations team by managing candidate communications, data, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and screen candidates by phone

  • Update and manage candidate information online

  • Keep accurate Excel records of recruitment activity

  • Organise emails, calendars, and schedules in Outlook

  • Provide admin support to the recruitment team

  • Answer calls and take detailed notes/messages

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R7,000 – R9,500 per month

  • 40 days paid leave annually

  • Fully remote position
