About the Role:
Join our growing UK-based cleaning company as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. You’ll support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we connect with top cleaning talent and maintain accurate candidate information. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone organised and motivated to contribute to a busy operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to candidates via phone and perform initial screenings
Keep candidate data updated in online systems
Record and track information in Excel spreadsheets
Manage Outlook emails and schedules efficiently
Assist with administrative duties for the recruitment team
Handle incoming calls and take clear messages
Compensation & Benefits:
R7,000 – R9,500 per month
40 days paid leave per year
