About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online presence through social media management, content creation, and basic SEO.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative execution and light technical marketing, with a strong focus on consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local SEO (Google)

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
  • Respond to reviews and publish regular updates
  • Apply basic local SEO best practices to improve visibility

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
  • Plan and schedule content using a content calendar
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages

3. Content Creation

  • Design engaging graphics using Canva
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) using CapCut
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging

4. TikTok Setup & Optimization

  • Set up and optimize a TikTok account
  • Ensure proper branding and account configuration

Scope & Expectations

  • Publish 3–4 posts per week across platforms
  • Produce short-form video content weekly
  • Focus on consistent posting and steady growth (not high-end production)
  • SEO work is focused on local visibility, not advanced technical SEO

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Business Profile
    • Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
    • Canva and CapCut
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow a content plan

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with small businesses or local brands
  • Background in legal or professional services (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of branding or content strategy
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
