We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and database management. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses
Maintain and update databases with accuracy
Prepare, organize, and update reports using Excel
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
3-5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level, Mailchimp, Asana)
Previous experience in a public relations or marketing environment
