Job Summary

The AI Video Content Strategist focused on AI-powered creative production and marketing optimization uses AI tools to create and scale high-quality marketing content, including videos, visuals, and digital campaigns. The role combines creative production with performance marketing to produce fast, optimized, and conversion-focused assets across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content using AI tools, transforming raw footage and project documentation into high-quality marketing assets aligned with brand standards.

  • Develop structured AI-driven creative workflows to generate scalable content variations for A/B testing and multi-platform campaign deployment.

  • Design and refine visual assets that maintain strong brand consistency while leveraging automation and generative design techniques.

  • Support digital marketing and ad creation across social platforms, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and performance outcomes.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate creative outputs to improve conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Improve production efficiency by standardizing AI-based creative processes.
