Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 6 years of IT experience and a minimum of 1 year in a solutions architect role
  • Strong knowledge of the financial/banking domain (core systems, ledgers/Systems of Record) and experience working in regulated environments with compliance, security-by-design
  • Extensive Java expertise and demonstrated architectural experience in blockchain/DLT solutions; capable of designing distributed, integration, and transactional architectures
  • Practical understanding of tokenomics and Web3 products, with deep knowledge of stablecoins, DeFi, and RWA/tokenization of securities; English proficiency at least B2

Requirements:

  • Design end-to-end blockchain/DLT-based architectures for the banking sector; analyze client systems (core banking, ledger systems, systems of record, legacy integrations) and define architecture with compliance, security, and regulatory boundaries
  • Act as architectural advisor in tokenomics, stablecoins, DeFi, and tokenization of securities; participate in client workshops (Discovery/Architecture Workshops)
  • Create architectural documentation (HLD/LLD, ADRs) and support presales (co-create offers, provide technical consultations, assist with estimates)
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements, and help deliver client-focused solutions

 Szukamy Solutions Architekta, który wesprze projektowanie oraz prowadzenie architektury rozwiązań dla klientów z sektora finansowego (banking/capital markets), w szczególności w obszarze tokenizacji aktywów (RWA), stablecoinów, DeFi oraz integracji rozwiązań blockchain z systemami core banking i legacy.

 
Rola będzie kluczowa przy budowaniu oferty i dostarczaniu rozwiązań w środowisku silnie regulowanym, gdzie wymagane są jasne granice compliance, bezpieczeństwa i audytowalności.
 

Osoba w tej roli
  • projektuje architekturę end-to-end dla rozwiązań opartych o blockchain/DLT w sektorze bankowym,
  • wspiera w analizie systemów klienta: core banking, ledger systems, systemy of record, integracje z legacy,
  • definiuje architekturę rozwiązania z uwzględnieniem wymagań: compliance (AML/KYC, audyt, raportowanie), bezpieczeństwa, separacji domen i granic regulacyjnych,
  • jest doradcą architektonicznym w zakresie: tokenomics, stablecoinów, DeFi, tokenizacji papierów wartościowych/securities,
  • bierze udział w warsztatach z klientem (Discovery/Architecture Workshops),
  • tworzy dokumentację architektoniczną (HLD/LLD - High/Low Level Diagrams, ADRs),
  • wspiera zespół presales: współtworzy oferty, udziela konsultacji technicznych, wspiera estymacje.

  • masz doświadczenie i bardzo dobrą znajomość domeny finansowej i bankowej, w szczególności: core systems, ledgers/systems of record, integracja z legacy,
  • rozumiesz budowę produktów cyfrowych w środowisku regulowanym (compliance boundaries, security-by-design),
  • posiadasz szeroką wiedzę z zakresu Javy,
  • masz doświadczenie architektoniczne w rozwiązaniach blockchain/DLT,
  • umiesz projektować architektury systemów rozproszonych, integracyjnych i transakcyjnych,
  • rozumiesz architektury enterprise (API, event-driven, security, IAM, data flows),
  • masz doświadczenie w pracy z legacy-heavy environments (modernizacja, integracje, migracje),
  • masz praktyczne zrozumienie tokenomics i produktów web3,
  • bardzo dobrze orientujesz się w obszarach: stablecoin, DeFi, RWA/tokenization of securities,
  • posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie min. B2,
  • charakteryzuje Cię wysoki poziom świadomości biznesowej,
  • możesz pochwalić się wysokim poziomem zdolności interpersonalnych, przywódczych i komunikacyjnych,
  • jesteś osobą otwartą na wyjazdy służbowe, delegacje do klienta.
