  • Develop and stimulate dental sales in the territory by targeting new clients and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients; promote Medline Sinclair products and services
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-up during and after the sales process to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Proactively manage customer complaints by analyzing issues, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to leadership; collaborate on sales strategy with the VP of Sales
  • Monitor competition and market trends, maintain potential client records and sales data, develop relationships with contractors and local suppliers, and participate in training and marketing events

Job Description

Le Représentant des ventes, secteur dentaire développera et stimulera les ventes sur son territoire; en ciblant de nouveaux clients ainsi qu’en entretenant d’excellente relations avec les clients déjà établis.  Le Représentant des ventes, secteur dentaire sera en mesure de promouvoir les produits et les services de Medline Sinclair (Medline Canada, Corporation).

  • Développer de solides relations-clients et de nouveaux marchés de manière à atteindre les résultats de ventes établis à l’intérieur de son territoire.
  • Cultiver et entretenir d’excellente relations-clients grâce à des visites fréquentes avec les clients actuels et futurs.
  • Établir un suivi auprès des clients pendant et après le processus de vente afin de garantir un excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Assurer une gestion proactive face aux règlements des plaintes clients et ce en examinant les problèmes; en soumettant des solutions; en préparant des rapports; en faisant des recommandations à la direction.
  • En collaboration avec le VP principal des ventes, participer à la stratégie commerciale des projets de ventes et du positionnement de l’entreprise; collaborer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies pour atteindre l’objectif de croissance des ventes.
  • Surveiller la concurrence en recueillant des informations actuelles sur les marchés concernant les prix, les produits, les nouveaux produits, les calendriers de livraison, les techniques de commercialisation, etc.
  • Maintenir et assurer un suivi des dossiers pour les clients potentiels & actifs; suivre activement les registres de ventes et autres informations sur les clients.
  • Développer d’excellentes relations avec les contracteurs et les fournisseurs locaux.
  • Cultiver un intérêt constant en restant à l’affût des nouvelles tendances du marché et des nouveaux produits.
  • Participer à des programmes de formation continue.
  • Promouvoir la compagnie par le biais d’une collaboration et d’une participation à des événements de marketing tels que des salons professionnels, des séminaires ou d’autres événements spéciaux.
