We are seeking a Content Operations & Thought Leadership Manager to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and world-class execution.
This is not a role for a high-level strategist who only "thinks"—we need a master of execution. You will take the founder’s complex frameworks, white papers, and digital transformation models and strategically plan how to deconstruct, repurpose, and deploy them across the global digital landscape. Your goal is to establish an online presence that mirrors the authority and polish of firms like McKinsey & Company.
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: CET
Monthly Salary: $1600-$2200 (depending on experience)
Convert white papers and technical models into digestible LinkedIn thought leadership, Medium articles, and Reddit discussions.
Script short-form video (TikTok/Reels), draft technical snippets for GitHub, and create long-form blog posts.
Translate "heavy" topics (AI transformation, Blue Ocean strategy) into clear language that resonates with C-suite audiences without losing intellectual depth.
Set up and manage the presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), GitHub, Medium, and TikTok.
Maintain a rigorous posting calendar, ensuring the corporate designer’s visuals align perfectly with the messaging.
Foster meaningful professional discussions by responding to comments and participating in relevant industry forums.
Build and execute a precise communications plan to elevate the founder’s authority on the global stage.
Monitor global digital transformation trends and strategically "slot" them into the execution plan to keep the content relevant.
