Requirements:

  • Lead strategic content transformation of the founder’s intellectual property, planning and executing a funnel that converts white papers and models into LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, and other channels
  • Manage omni-channel operations across LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Medium, and TikTok; maintain a posting calendar; ensure visuals align with messaging; engage in relevant industry discussions
  • Produce and repurpose content across formats: long-form blog posts, short-form videos for TikTok/Reels, technical snippets for GitHub, and executive summaries of AI transformation topics
  • Develop and execute a high-stakes communications plan to elevate the founder’s global authority; monitor digital transformation trends and slot timely topics into the content plan

Job description

We are seeking a Content Operations & Thought Leadership Manager to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and world-class execution.

This is not a role for a high-level strategist who only "thinks"—we need a master of execution. You will take the founder’s complex frameworks, white papers, and digital transformation models and strategically plan how to deconstruct, repurpose, and deploy them across the global digital landscape. Your goal is to establish an online presence that mirrors the authority and polish of firms like McKinsey & Company.

Full-time: 40 hours/week 
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: CET 
Monthly Salary: $1600-$2200 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Strategic Content Transformation

    • You will be the "editor-in-chief" of the founder’s intellectual property. You don't just post; you strategically plan how to move a single insight through the entire content funnel:
    • Convert white papers and technical models into digestible LinkedIn thought leadership, Medium articles, and Reddit discussions.

    • Script short-form video (TikTok/Reels), draft technical snippets for GitHub, and create long-form blog posts.

    • Translate "heavy" topics (AI transformation, Blue Ocean strategy) into clear language that resonates with C-suite audiences without losing intellectual depth.

  • Omni-Channel Operations

    • Manage the "machine" that keeps the brand visible and consistent:
    • Set up and manage the presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), GitHub, Medium, and TikTok.

    • Maintain a rigorous posting calendar, ensuring the corporate designer’s visuals align perfectly with the messaging.

    • Foster meaningful professional discussions by responding to comments and participating in relevant industry forums.

  • High-Stakes Planning

    • Build and execute a precise communications plan to elevate the founder’s authority on the global stage.

    • Monitor global digital transformation trends and strategically "slot" them into the execution plan to keep the content relevant.

Who You Are: 
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B tech, consulting, or digital strategy and can speak "C-suite" fluently.
  • You thrive on taking a 50-page white paper and knowing exactly how to turn it into 20 pieces of high-performing content.
  • You are familiar with AI and digital transformation concepts and aren't intimidated by technical platforms like GitHub.
  • You have exceptional English writing skills and an obsessive eye for maintaining a "McKinsey-level" brand polish.
  • You don't wait for a strategy to be handed to you; you look at the goals and strategically plan the path to get there.
