How Project Support Services Contributes to Tangoe
Responsible for planning and executing project deliverables, components, and project success criteria from inception through implementation contributing to customer satisfaction.
· Interprets requirements, identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met.
· Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions.
· Coordinates project schedules, drives task completion, and provides outstanding customer communication.
· Keeps management informed of key issues and risks that may impact expected business results.
· Drives completion of deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction
This team is highly cross-functional and operates across multiple disciplines.
How the Analyst Role Contributes to Tangoe
The Analyst, Project Support Services provides support to the Implementation and Lifecycle Organizations as technical product subject matter experts. This role will support Tangoe’s internal client teams as well as their customers.
As an Analyst, Project Support Services, your primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Manipulate and load data into expense management applications
· Work with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers on customer projects
· Configure platform applications based on customer’s specifications and needs
· Provide guidance on Best Practices based on product knowledge to customer facing teams
· Understand, and be able to communicate, application capabilities
· Work with Tangoe support teams and follow up on resolution of issues
· Provide technical application assistance during implementations and lifecycle including configuration
· Analyze and manipulate data into alternative formats for data entry
· Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions
Qualifications, Education, & Special Skills
Qualifications include:
· 3-5 years in a software or technical administrative role
· Experience with telecommunications or Telephone Expense Management is desired
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required
Education:
