This is a remote position.
• Manage and support F5 BIG‑IP platforms (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM as applicable)
• Perform L3 troubleshooting for application delivery, load balancing, and firewall‑related issues
• Implement configuration changes, policy updates, and SSL certificate management
• Analyze traffic flows and security events to ensure optimal performance and protection
• Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis for F5‑related issues
• Support automation or scripting tasks for configuration consistency (e.g., Python, iControl REST)
• Maintain documentation for configurations, standards, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with network and security teams to support enterprise‑wide initiatives
• Strong hands‑on experience with F5 BIG‑IP modules
• Deep understanding of L4–L7 traffic flows, TCP/IP, and application delivery
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently at an L3 level
• Experience working in remote/nearshore support models
