About the role:
In the initial phase, you will operate as an Outside B2B Sales Representative, responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of industrial lubrication solutions to both new and existing customers. You will focus on prospecting, territory development, and building long-term customer partnerships using a variety of networking and consultative sales approaches.
Upon successful completion of the program and development of your own territory, you will transition into a Sales Management role, leading the growth, development, and retention of new outside sales representatives.
