Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to in-store barriers, reinforce core references for rebuttal to competitor claims, and support customer excellence and fact-based planning while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

External Title: Practice Solution Manager 

Job Purpose

Take a role in executing professional strategies for Vision Care business in Korea.  Where needed, to extend similar expertise within the Asia Pacific region to meet customer needs for our strategic brands.

Major Accountabilities (담당지역: 서울/수도권)

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and how to satisfy our customers.
  • Build confidence in the product and drive sales.
  • Provide solutions to barriers that arise in-store to strengthen sales.
  • Collaborate with the responsible BDM to drive Sales.
  • Support new product launches/ Seminars / Information and strategic product excellence.
  • Hands on training to grow ECP confidence for Accelerated growth on Alcon products.
  • Reinforce of identified core papers for rebuttal to competitor claims.
  • Develop relationship with key Industry peer groups.
  • Assist in the development of Customer Excellence and other fact-based planning disciplines.
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.

Ideal Background

Education

  • Minimum: B.A. degree in related, A qualified Optician
  • Preferred: Masters in related

Languages

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English

Experience

  • Minimum: 0 years professional experience
  • Preferred: 2 years management experience with exposure to professional marketing either on the job or through education.
