CPT-10782 Appointment Setter / Virtual Receptionist– [Business Support VA/Entry Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are a busy dental practice based in Los Angeles seeking two entry-level Appointment Setters to start immediately. This role focuses on warm inbound and warm outbound appointment setting, lead follow-up, and basic front-desk support. We will initially hire two candidates, evaluate performance, and retain one long-term.

Dental experience is not required. Training will be provided.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Handle warm inbound and warm outbound calls from patients who have already submitted inquiries
  • Contact new leads within 5 minutes of form submission
  • Follow provided call scripts to qualify interest and book appointments
  • Conduct follow-ups with existing leads (weekly, bi-weekly, and older leads)
  • Schedule appointments accurately and confirm patient details
  • Maintain clear, friendly, and professional phone communication
  • Log call outcomes and notes in CRM systems
  • Support front-desk coverage as needed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Clear, neutral American accent (very important)
  • Confident, natural conversational skills (not robotic)
  • Strong phone presence and listening skills
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding human and personable
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
  • Comfortable working remotely and following structured workflows

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Coverage needed:
    • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (specific shifts finalized after hire)
    • Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (alternating Saturdays between VAs)

Additional Notes

  • Voice enhancement tools may be used if needed
  • We will start with two entry-level hires, retain the best performer
  • Professionalism, reliability, and communication quality are critical

    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 40Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Saturday
    • Daily Working Time: PST

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
