Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles across US clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, technical skills, and work eligibility

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates

  • Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing

  • Good understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to US recruitment process

  • Familiarity with visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizen)

  • Experience using ATS tools
