POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Azure InfraEngineer to join our team in Tokyo in a hybrid position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Troubleshooting user issues, supporting cloud services, and ensuring smooth operation of M365 environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of M365 Office client products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of M365 cloud services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Basic knowledge of computer network (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS)
• Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and features

• Japanese: Native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Listen)

• English: Not required

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Identity (AD / Entra ID / Entra ID Connect / ADFS / WAP)
• Knowledge of Windows client
• Strong interest in AI
