Role: Photo Editor and Social Media Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Philippine Time

We are seeking a dual-talented Photo Editor and Social Media Specialist. This role is perfect for a photographer who understands the technical side of "the perfect shot" but also has the creative spark to turn raw footage into engaging social content.

Responsibilities:

High-Volume Photo Editing

Perform high-volume "cleaning," brightening, and color correction in Adobe Lightroom.
Maintain a fast turnaround for school, corporate, and social event galleries.
Curation Expertise: The ability to "cull" (select) images quickly and accurately, identifying which photos to delete based on subject expressions or unflattering features and angles. (especially for school/graduation events).
File Management: Experience using cloud-based portals (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, or specialized photography galleries) for downloading raw assets and uploading finished products.

Social Media & Content Creation

Transform raw event photos and videos into fun, creative, and engaging social media posts.
Manage social media scheduling and community engagement.
Adapt content style to stay "fun and creative" while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Lightroom.
Photography Background: Experience as a working photographer is highly preferred to ensure an instinctive understanding of lighting, composition, and "the decisive moment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously filter through thousands of photos of children/students to ensure only the best images are kept.
Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating "before and after" Lightroom edits and examples of creative social media content (Reels, Instagram, or curated grids).
