JOB DESCRIPTION

Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar como Learning & Knowledge Lead no nosso Innovation Studio de Data & AI, com foco na execução e organização de iniciativas de formação, capacitação e compartilhamento de conhecimento. Essa posição é ideal para quem gosta de estruturar conteúdos, organizar trilhas de aprendizado e apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais em início de carreira, garantindo uma experiência consistente e de qualidade.

Você atuará de forma próxima aos times, ajudando a transformar necessidades do negócio em programas de treinamento práticos e bem estruturados.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Participação ativa em programas de formação como Fellowship Program
Criar e manter trilhas de aprendizado em Data, Analytics e AI
Organizar iniciativas de compartilhamento de conhecimento (chapters, webinars, talks internos)
Apoiar mentores e facilitadores na preparação de conteúdos e sessões
Apoiar a seleção e acompanhamento de participantes em programas de formação
Organizar cerimônias e momentos-chave (kick-offs, encerramentos)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência técnica com Data, Analytics e AI
Perfil organizado, executor e detalhista
Capacidade de organizar trilhas de conhecimento e conteúdos
Estar se atualizando continuamente de novas ferramentas e tendências de mercado
Habilidade de comunicação e didática para ensinar
Inglês avançado - Irá realizar treinamentos para turmas internacionais
