Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE).
Proven senior sales leadership experience in industrial or field services sectors (minimum 5 years).
Strong project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization skills; effective leadership and cross-functional communication.
Fluent English (minimum C1); strong European industrial network and ability to work on international projects. Nice to have: IWE / engineering background.
Requirements:
Develop and execute sales strategy across Europe.
Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors) and lead regional sales teams.
Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP) and support technical proposals with Engineering/Field teams; negotiate contracts and close deals.
Coordinate with Field Execution and Welding Managers to ensure project delivery and success.
