Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical B2B sales experience in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)
  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in industrial or field services sectors
  • Strong project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization skills; experience with international projects
  • Fluent English (C1) with a strong European industrial network and cross-functional leadership; IWE or engineering background is a plus

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute Europe-wide sales strategy; build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors) and manage the sales pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP).
  • Lead regional sales managers and collaborate with Field Execution and Welding Managers to drive growth.
  • Support technical proposals with Engineering/Field teams; negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Work cross-functionally to align sales activities with project delivery and ensure successful outcomes on international projects.

Sales Director Europe – Industrial Services

Location: Europe (Remotely + Travel)

WSI Europe is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets.
We deliver specialised welding overlay and maintenance projects for refineries, power plants and industrial clients across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategy across Europe.
  • Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors).

Requirements:
  • Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry.
    (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years).
  • Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization.
  • Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong network in European industrial sector.
  • Ability to understand technical scopes.
  • Experience with international projects.
  • Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other language will be of advantage.
  • Nice to have: IWE / engineering background.
