About the Role:
CrowdStrike seeks an experienced Regional Alliances Manager to drive partner engagement, module adoption, and expand new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on developing partner relationships across VAR/Reseller, Technology Alliances, and GSI partner channels to significantly increase partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations.

What You'll Do:

Partner Engagement & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and enable partners through successful engagement strategies and comprehensive training programs

  • Develop and execute technical enablement strategies in coordination with Channel Sales Engineers

  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives with field marketing teams

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Create and execute annual business plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, territory dynamics, and competitive landscape

  • Drive partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations

  • Support ongoing product knowledge and sales strategy alignment

What You'll Need:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS B2B environment

  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement

Professional Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and hunter mentality with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Established relationships with channel decision-makers

  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Strong leadership and self-motivation capabilities

  • Superior organizational and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel required

  • Location: District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Right to Work

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $105,000 - $163,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
