Experience delivering software projects across the SDLC from planning to deployment, on time and within budget.
Strong technical leadership with guidance on system architecture, software design, and technology integration; ability to mentor distributed teams.

Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML tools (Bedrock, SageMaker, Guardrails, Notebooks), data lake/ data platform architectures, and CloudFormation-based Infrastructure as Code; plus full stack development.

DTL is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, He/She will bridge the gap between business goals, business success criteria, and technical implementation. managing timelines, scope, budgets, and technical risks while leading development teams and overseeing SDLC compliance. The team comprises technical consultants and Program oversight resources such as Project managers, Security compliance SMEs and delivery practice managers

Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams, Customer’s technical team, product managers, and business leadership to align on technical strategy.
Team Leadership: Mentoring developers, setting technical standards, delegating work, and managing distributed teams.
