DTL is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, He/She will bridge the gap between business goals, business success criteria, and technical implementation. managing timelines, scope, budgets, and technical risks while leading development teams and overseeing SDLC compliance. The team comprises technical consultants and Program oversight resources such as Project managers, Security compliance SMEs and delivery practice managers
Requirements
Delivery Management: Directing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from project planning to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Technical Leadership: Providing guidance on system architecture, software design, and integrating technologies.
Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks, such as technical debt, system failures, or security vulnerabilities, and mitigating issues that could impact delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams, Customer’s technical team, product managers, and business leadership to align on technical strategy.
Team Leadership: Mentoring developers, setting technical standards, delegating work, and managing distributed teams.
Technical Skills
DTL will have hands-on experience in leading and delivering projects with following technical components:
AWS AI/ML tools such as Amazon Bedrock, knowledgebase, SageMaker, Guardrails, Notebooks etc.
Data Lake architecture
Data platform architecture
CloudFormation based Infrastructure as a Code
Full stack development – Frontend, backend, WebUI
Technical documentation artifacts such as architecture documents, steady state run books etc.
