David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding our global recruitment engine and we’re looking for a high-energy Freelance Recruitment Partner based in Colombia to join our network.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity where your success directly drives your earnings through uncapped commission on placements.

Freelance Recruitment Partner

📍 Location: Anywhere in Colombia (Bogotá preferred)
💼 Type: Freelance / Contractor (must be able to invoice)
💰 Compensation: Commission per successful placement

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the DKR global recruitment network, you will:

• Source top talent using job boards, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates for international roles across multiple industries
• Interview and assess candidates to determine the best fit for our clients
• Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across global markets
• Maintain clear, detailed candidate records in our ATS system

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally sourcing candidates in Colombia
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently
• Highly organised with excellent time management and responsiveness
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tools is an advantage
