Roles & Responsibilities

  • Real experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
  • Experience with Flow automation (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen) and administration of Salesforce data model and security
  • Experience with integrations and version control/deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset or similar)

Requirements:

  • Develop on Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud experience welcomed) using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components
  • Administer objects, fields, validations, and the security model; manage data modeling and security in Salesforce
  • Design and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen) and migrate legacy logic from Workflow Rules and Process Builder
  • Integrate with external applications and AppExchange; manage environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production) and deployments; use version control and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset or similar); apply best practices in development and release management

Funciones

  • Desarrollo en Salesforce Service Cloud (valorable Sales Cloud).

  • Programación con Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components) y Aura Components.

  • Administración de objetos, campos, validaciones y modelo de seguridad.

  • Diseño y optimización de procesos mediante Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen).

  • Sustitución de lógica legacy (Workflow Rules, Process Builder).

  • Integración con aplicaciones externas y AppExchange.

  • Gestión de entornos (Sandbox, UAT, Producción) y despliegues.

  • Uso de control de versiones y herramientas DevOps (Git, Copado, Gearset o similares).

  • Buenas prácticas de desarrollo y release management.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia real en Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Conocimientos de Apex y Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experiencia en automatización con Flows.

  • Administración del modelo de datos y seguridad en Salesforce.

  • Experiencia con integraciones.

  • Manejo de herramientas de versionado y despliegue.

  • Residencia preferente en Madrid.
