Develop scripts and automation (Bash, Python) and collaborate across infrastructure, automation, and development teams

Job description

🎯 Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer con experiencia real en Google Cloud Platform (GCP) para colaborar en proyectos de infraestructura híbrida (cloud + on-premise), incluyendo entornos físicos en ubicaciones con conectividad limitada (obras, túneles, sites remotos).

Buscamos un perfil más DevOps que puramente infra, con capacidad de trabajar de forma transversal entre infraestructura, automatización y algo de desarrollo/scripting.

✅ Requisitos imprescindibles

Experiencia real en GCP (no solo formación o certificación)
Kubernetes avanzado (experiencia sólida, especialmente con GKE)
Terraform para Infraestructura como Código (IaC)
Experiencia on-premise:
- Servidores físicos
- Infraestructura híbrida
- Entornos sin conexión o con conectividad limitada
4–5 años de experiencia en entornos DevOps / Sistemas
Inglés C1
Disponibilidad rápida (inmediata o máximo 2 semanas)

➕ Se valorará

Background de SysAdmin evolucionado a DevOps
Experiencia adicional en AWS y/o Azure
Conocimientos de scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
Experiencia en entornos industriales o proyectos distribuidos

🎯 Perfil ideal

Profesional con experiencia en entornos híbridos (cloud + físico), capaz de montar, mantener y automatizar infraestructura tanto en la nube como en servidores on-premise. Idealmente alguien que haya vivido la transición de sysadmin a DevOps o que combine ambas visiones.
