Roles & Responsibilities

8+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership in automation.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Nexthink, Centreon, and Azure Monitor.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Intune, and SCCM.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ITIL knowledge; ServiceNow/Nexthink/Cloud certifications are a plus.

Requirements:

Lead the automation roadmap for IT infrastructure, monitoring, and digital workplace services, including expanding Nexthink use cases to improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
Optimize alerts and monitoring using Centreon and Azure Monitor.
Define and operationalize automation workflows with ServiceNow ITOM, Ansible, SCCM, and Intune.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable solutions and establish governance, documentation, and KPIs for the benefits of automation.

Liderar roadmap de automatización en infraestructura, monitorización y servicios workplace
