  • Experience with monitoring systems and ticketing tools
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox, OpenStack) and deploying highly available infrastructures with Windows security hardening

Requirements:

  • Administer and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
  • Manage monitoring systems and ticketing tools to ensure incidents are tracked and resolved
  • Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization infrastructure using Proxmox and OpenStack to achieve high availability
  • Harden Windows systems and implement security best practices across the environment
