Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in Data or AI Engineering roles
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in PySpark
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms; knowledge of LLM architectures; and CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)

Requirements:

  • Design AI and data solutions and participate in the technical design, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, and producing low-level technical documentation.
  • Develop software in Python and PySpark, applying software engineering best practices, and implement/optimize the AI agent management layer; work with AI infrastructure (RAG, LLM, data pipelines).
  • Define quality and performance metrics, validate deliverables, and deploy solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate on the industrialization of models and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

Diseño de soluciones

  • Participar en el diseño técnico de soluciones de IA y datos

  • Colaborar con distintos equipos técnicos del proyecto

  • Elaborar documentación técnica de bajo nivel

Desarrollo

  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software

  • Desarrollar soluciones en Python y PySpark

  • Implementar y optimizar la capa de gestión de agentes de IA

  • Trabajar con infraestructura de IA (RAG, LLM, pipelines de datos)

  • Definir métricas de calidad y rendimiento

Implantación

  • Validar la calidad de los desarrollos realizados

  • Desplegar soluciones en entornos corporativos

  • Colaborar en la industrialización de modelos y pipelines de datos

🛠️ Requisitos

Imprescindibles

  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en roles de Data / AI Engineering

  • Experiencia con Python

  • Experiencia con PySpark

  • Experiencia trabajando con AWS o cloud similar

  • Conocimientos en arquitecturas de modelos LLM

  • Experiencia con CI/CD (Jenkins u otras herramientas)

  • Manejo de GitHub u otros repositorios colaborativos
