Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High comfort with both outbound and inbound sales activities, including account strategy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills (writing, listening and questioning)
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to absorb and articulate technical information

Job description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, within an expense budget.
  • Leverage other sales channels to maximize sales and customer service franchise objectives.
  • Develop and support sales processes to improve productivity and ensure that goals are met.
  • Analyze the characteristics and trends of the local market and help define customer needs for new or modified products and services.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • High comfort with both outbound and inbound sales activity, combining account strategy with attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning.
  • Sales ability / persuasiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships.
  • Capability to absorb and articulate technical information.
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure desired business outcomes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Travel required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Normal office environment
