Position Purpose:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for regulatory communications required for members, brokers, and employers across Medi-Cal, Individual & Family Plans, and Commercial Group. This includes communications delivered by mail, email, text message, and automated calls, as well as the development and production of flyers, brochures, letters, and other materials.
Competencies:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing communications or healthcare department. Healthcare and practical design (Quark, Photoshop, etc.) experience a preferred.
Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry and/or creating and updating member-facing communications (e.g., collateral, emails, and letters).
This position is remote with preference to candidates who reside within the state of California. Ability to attend monthly onsite meetings in California office is highly desired.
Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
