knowledge to source, screen, and select candidates who align with our clients' needs. Your

strategic approach to talent acquisition will drive success in fulfilling staffing requirements while

maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment, with a focus on healthcare.
