About the Role
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to support and grow within our HRIS team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Workday administration experience who is eager to deepen their technical skill set, learn how Workday operates across our organization, and contribute meaningfully.
The individual in this position will be exposed to and involved in Workday work across modules and the baseline framework to build a strong, end-to-end understanding of the system. This role offers ongoing opportunities to grow and take on increased responsibility, supported by mentorship, continuous learning, and collaboration with experienced HRIS team members, aligned to individual readiness, performance, and evolving team priorities.
Key Responsibilities
The HRIS Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the organization by ensuring HR systems are reliable, secure, and aligned to both business strategy and the way people work. Acting as a key link between HR, IT, and the wider business, this role translates organizational and employee needs into intuitive, scalable system solutions that support workforce planning, compliance, and informed decision-making. Through strong data integrity, well-designed workflows, and continuous improvement, the HRIS Specialist enhances employee experience, ensures fair and consistent people processes, and strengthens the organization’s ability to grow and adapt.
