Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in chargebacks, fraud risk, or payments analytics, with leadership or people management experience
Strong analytical and data visualization skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements in payments or fraud programs
Knowledge of card networks, issuer/acquirer relationships, dispute lifecycle, and strong stakeholder management and communication

Requirements:

Lead and scale the chargeback intelligence program to reduce losses and improve recovery across merchants
Analyze chargeback data, trends, and root causes; develop data-driven strategies, policies, and preventive controls
Collaborate with risk, analytics, product, operations, and merchant support teams to design and implement prevention measures
Manage a team of analysts; set goals, mentor staff, and report key metrics to leadership
