Job description

Remote in Latin America or Europe, Full Time, Individual Contributor, +3 years of experience

Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.

About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

If you are a strategic operator passionate about driving execution excellence at the highest level of the organization, joining Yuno as Manager in the CEO Office will allow you to transform that passion into real, company-shaping impact.

As Manager, CEO Office, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, oversee the performance of key business areas, and lead cross-functional initiatives that address complex, company-wide challenges. This is not a support or coordination role — it is a hands-on manager position that demands ownership, analytical rigor, and commercial instinct.

Your contribution will be

1. Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Own 3–5 CEO-priority initiatives end-to-end  - from growth acceleration and market entry to org redesign. You scope them, build workplans, remove blockers, and drive to completion with minimal oversight.

  • Act as the cross-functional glue: align multiple teams on scope, timeline, and deliverables. Escalate to the CEO only when necessary - resolve everything else yourself.

  • Run structured initiative tracking with clear status (on track / at risk / blocked), maintain a living portfolio view for the CEO, and ensure no commitment falls through the cracks.

2. Commercial Strategy & Growth Support

  • Support the sales organization with strategic analysis: market sizing, client/segment analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy for new verticals or geographies.

  • Build and refine commercial pitches and proposals — from data-driven narratives to financial models that articulate Yuno's value proposition to prospects and partners.

  • Partner with Product on roadmap prioritization: build business cases for new features or product lines, model revenue impact, and frame trade-offs for CEO decision-making.

  • Create financial and operational models (Excel/Sheets) to support pricing decisions, unit economics analysis, scenario planning, and investment cases.

3. Performance Visibility & Operating Cadences

  • Own the company-level KPI dashboard: work with functional leads to define, collect, and report on the metrics the CEO needs to see — weekly and monthly.

  • Prepare executive-ready performance summaries that go beyond data: highlight trends, flag risks, and recommend actions. Track OKR progress each cycle and facilitate mid-cycle course corrections.

  • Design and run the leadership operating rhythm: weekly syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and board prep. Set agendas, prepare pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-up.

  • Maintain a single source of truth for CEO-level commitments — investor follow-ups, board action items, partner deliverables — with clear owners and deadlines.

4. Process Design & Operational Scalability

  • Spot operational friction in how the leadership layer works and fix it — without waiting to be asked. Design lightweight process improvements that stick.

  • Standardize recurring workflows (board decks, investor updates, all-hands prep, offsites) and document playbooks so nothing depends on tribal knowledge.

  • Introduce tools and systems (dashboards, trackers, templates) that improve execution speed without adding bureaucracy.

5. Communications & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Draft and manage CEO communications: investor updates, board materials, internal memos, and company-wide messaging.

  • Serve as the connective layer between the CEO and functional leads — ensure context flows both ways, pre-brief ahead of key meetings, and close the loop on decisions.

  • Prepare briefing packages for investor meetings, partner discussions, and external engagements.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English.

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or similar high-ownership roles.

  • Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from scoping through delivery — with minimal oversight.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, data manipulation. You're the person people come to when the model needs to be right.

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights, business cases, and executive-ready narratives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort building pitches, presenting to senior stakeholders, and challenging assumptions constructively.

  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments — you structure chaos, not wait for structure to be given.

  • High EQ and influence skills — you drive accountability across teams without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with C-level executives or leadership teams in a startup or scale-up (Series A–C preferred).

  • Background in fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.

  • Experience supporting commercial/sales teams with market analysis, competitive intelligence, or go-to-market strategy.

  • Track record of building business cases or product roadmap justifications with financial modeling.

  • Experience building or improving operational processes, performance tracking systems, or strategic rhythms from scratch.

  • MBA.
