And we’re looking for a Dedicated Dedicated SDR Bilingual Arabic-English (PART TIME) to start immediately
 

Industry: Wellness/Longevity/Healthcare

Location: Middle East Based

Assistant Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (UAE Time)
 

Business Overview

The company operates wellness and longevity centers, combining advanced wellness devices with IV treatments. Having established a strong presence in Asia, the business is expanding aggressively into North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The primary goal for this role is to build a cold-calling engine targeting global hotel chains and resorts to integrate wellness centers into their properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales: Cold call hotel decision-makers (CEOs, Sales Managers) to pitch wellness center integrations.

Lead Management: Qualify leads from an existing database of 2,000 hotels and manage follow-ups via email and WhatsApp.

Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the executive team.

CRM Maintenance: Transition data from Excel to a new CRM system and maintain accurate records.

Secondary Sales: Reach out to clinics and aesthetic practitioners to sell wellness devices.

 

Candidate Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Arabic, able to communicate professionally and fluently to support expansion in GCC and Western markets.

Communication Style: High-level fluency with a neutral, professional accent for outreach to senior executives.

Technical Tools:

Proficient in Excel and CRM management; experience with RingCentral dialer is preferred.

Experience:

Strong SDR background, comfortable with high-volume cold calling and lead qualification.

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
